Join our team as a Sales Associate at Triangeln Malmö, where Yeppo&Soonsoo bring the best Korean beauty products to our customers! Stores are very close to each other and you will be doing shifts in both stores

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide personalized product recommendations, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our range of K-beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and accessories, to educate customers on their benefits and uses.
• Sales Support: Achieve sales targets by proactively assisting customers, promoting sales, and providing solutions tailored to their beauty needs.
• Merchandising: Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays that reflect our brand and attract customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product placement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics – K-beauty knowledge is a plus!
• Previous sales or retail experience (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage. Our company language is English, but Swedish is needed with customers.
