Are you passionate about K-Beauty, eCommerce and digital marketing? We are currently looking for a growth-oriented Ecommerce Manager (or Specialist) to join our growing team at Yeppo&Soonsoo, a leading Korean beauty brand. This is an excellent opportunity to grow as an eCommerce professional, and play a key part in enhancing our online sales presence across multiple markets. We are open for the possibility of hiring a candidate with exceptionally strong potential also with a Specialist title instead of Manager. Title will depend on the chosen candidate’s skills and background. 

 

Language requirements (mandatory): English is mandatory. Also at least one of the following: Finnish, German, Swedish

Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly driven and execution oriented Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our online sales channels. This role requires a strong blend of growth and development mindset and capability, and hands-on implementation. The ideal candidate is familiar with Shopify, has a proven track record of ecommerce development and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can directly impact organizatioon’s growth through own work. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Management and development of the ecommerce platform to meet the company-level targets. 
  • Execute day-to-day operations including promotions, site content creation and localization, newsletters and SEO together with eCommerce Coordinator. 
  • Optimize website performance and UX/UI. 
  • Implement and manage integrations and functionalities (e.g. apps, payment gateways, logistic apps, analytics tools). 
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align on execution (content, email, SEO). 
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and take actions based on results. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when necessary. 
  • Email marketing (promotions and automations). 
  • Manager of eCommerce Coordinator (not applicable for Specialist title). 

 

Requirement 

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify. 
  • Proven track record of executing and scaling ecommerce operations. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify admin, themes, and app ecosystem. 
  • Preferably working knowledge of integrations and small code edits (ability to make quick, easy changes independently). 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics). 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to move quickly from idea to execution. 
  • Experience and understanding of best practices with email marketing and SEO. 
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment helps to thrive in the role.

  • Flexible working environment. You can work remotely, but have the option to also work in our small offices either at Mall of Tripla, Pasila, Finland or Gothenburg, Sweden.

You will report to Director of Strategy & Growth and work closely with the Marketing team.
